Qauneka's New Year Resolution
My New year resolution is to smoke less cigretts then I did the previous day until i am able to quiet. I'm gonna focus on school, my daughter, and my heath and try to find the strenth to quiet smoking cigretts. I'm gonna to stay away from people that are smoking cigretts. My second New year resolution is to talk to others and be confident and kind to my friends and family.I'm gonna offer my help to people in any way possible, and help my mother and family out a lot. my third New Year resolution is to lose 50 pounds this year, I am gonna take a hour out of each day and go to the gym or run and jog every day until i meet my goal. I am gonna drink a lot of water everyday out of the week and stay away from juices and sodas, cut down on the snack eating and get myself heathy. My fourth New Year resolution is to stay motivated in school and be very nice to my teachers there for i can get a good grade. I am gonna finish all my assignment and make up all the work I missed, and take extra work home to work on, and by some miracle graduate this year!!!!!

Everone has a Story (Rihanna)
Rihanna says that CHris Brown beat her so bad the whole world was wondering, how could he beat her and her still wanting to be with him?
She actually left him after she figured out that she was setting an example for young ladys and women all over the world!
What if somebody followed Rihanna's foot step and go back to their abusive man
and die or worse never be found again.
She realize staying with him would make a differance between a young lady dying
or staying strong and understanding they din't need a man that's gonna abuse them
She wanna let all girls in the world know that love is blind.
A man that will phyically abuse you do not really love you.

What I Have Discovered about Marine Mammals
Most marine mammals are held in captivaty,
me peronally, I think that they shouldn't be because a space place like Sea World
keep them in a shallow holding tankand that's not healthy for any mammal because they're used to swimming in a big ocean and to got from being free to being held in a tank,is probbly really bad for there health.
Marine mammals are predators they hunt down their used to hunting down their own food
and eat when they want to eat.
At a place like Sea World they're fead when their owner feed themand usually
the owners give the mammals food as a reward for doin a trick.
Mammal are being mistreated all over the world.
The mammals are placed in a petting where their owners allow adults and children to pet the mammals, as a show.
Most of the time children will trow trash, popcorn, french fries, bread, and that will cause the mammal to get obeast.
Sometime they will trow glasses, paper, pacifers,and that stuff causes the mammal to get intestinal injuries, poisioning, and even death.
193 killer whales are held in captivity since 1961, 151 (78%) are now dead.

All these mammal are sufering, and we as people should come together and help these Marine mammal.
We can all start by being careful around they tanks, and keep a close eye on our kids, these mammals need our help LET MAKE A DIFFERANCE!!!!!!!

New Year's Resolution
1. I will get a alarm, so I can wake up on time every morning and I will not be so tired.
2. I'm working on pottie trainning my daughter Nevaeh. I will put her on the pot everyday after she eat.
3. I'm going to stay faitful to my boyfriend, so we can learn to grow together, and be happy together for the rest of our life. we'er gonna stop smoking ciggs together by next week.
4. Finishing high school and staying motivated, I want to graduate as soon as possible. So I can move on to better things for me and my daughter!!!!! I'm really motivated and I wish I can Graduate this year. I'm gonna show more motivation in class and do all my work!!!!

Quaneka was born on December 13, 1990 in San Diego California to a woman named Angela Clark, but everybody calls her Angie.
Quaneka gave birth to Nevaeh Johnson on November 10, 2006; Nevaeh was born four weeks early because Quaneka had high blood pressure.
Nevaeh is now 10 years old and just graduated 5th grade at Marshall Elementary School, and is on her way to Horsemann Middle School on September 3, 2011.
Quaneka is now 26 years old and is now working fulltime at Sharps Hospital as a special care nurse for pre-mature babies, and part time at North Park Recreation Center as a recreation leader.
Quaneka lives in Hillcrest in a small house with her daughter Nevaeh, and is driving a 2010 Escalade black truck.
Quaneka is not the oldest child, she has an older sister named Shuqueita Dexter, but everybody calls her Quesha.
Quaneka has two younger siblings too; their names are Richard and Rachel Dexter.
Quaneka’s brother Richard is a Funny dude, he can make any room full of people laugh, and no matter where he was everyone loved him.
Quaneka’s baby sister Rachel use to be the sweetest thing. I don’t remember her ever getting into trouble.
Quaneka’s mother Angie is a sweet woman I don’t think she has any enemies; Angie is not a big grudge holder.
