The Kite Runner

Amir was a great friend before he became unloyal to Hussan.
Amir change for the better after their friendship became worse. Amir was a very loyal friend to Hussan, until he witness Hussan getting raped. After that happen Amir felt Hussan was a coward and Amir tried to sabutage Hussan by planting his watch under hussan's bed and accusing him of stealing the watch. By the end of The kite runner story, Amir retured the loyalty that Hussan gave him when they were kids by struggling to get Hussan's son out of the group home, where the group home director sold the children. Amir captured his nephew and brung him back to america, where him and his wife were residening.
My favorite character would be Hussan because he was so loyal and honest he was strong as a little boy, he was pasionett about everything he did. The character I would have to dislike would Assef, beause he took avantage of Hussan slavory and took his man hood. I feel that if Assef was not in the novel Amir and Hussan would still be friend and Baba would have eventally told both of the boys they were brother, he was proud of both of them and he didn't want them to be appart.
I think the conflict in the story was Baba vs. society, Baba had some people who were after him so him and Amir had to relocate in america. If they wouldn't have left Hussan would've met them once they got old enough to make his own dicisions. Or even all of them could've relocated to america together.
Another conflict was Amir vs. self. What i got out of this story was as a kid Amir had it all, but Hussan seemed just as happy as him. so then he started to think that his mother's death was his falt and he thought his dad hated him for his mother's death. I think that's the reason why Amir was so selfish.
The message the author was trying to tell everyone was the Struggle Still Continue.....

My Very Fancy Bridge

I bilt my bridge for look because, I wasn't just stacking stick on top of each other I was focused on the design of my bridge and because my bridge was coming out exaclly like I vision it to be I decided to make my bridge for look so everyone can see the design I was building and, because It look to good to be broke in a lot of different pieces.
I buit my bridge the way I did because I felt this bridge that I was going to be making is just like art and I put my best work in all my projects.
I think my bridge will do great at the bridge compatition because it is a peice of art and it look beautiful.
Because I buit my bridge for looks it may not hold a lot of weight but, if i was to do the strenth test it might hold about five or ten pounds.
I should win at least second place in the beautiful bridge test.

Qauneka's New Year Resolution

My New year resolution is to smoke less cigretts then I did the previous day until i am able to quiet. I'm gonna focus on school, my daughter, and my heath and try to find the strenth to quiet smoking cigretts. I'm gonna to stay away from people that are smoking cigretts. My second New year resolution is to talk to others and be confident and kind to my friends and family.I'm gonna offer my help to people in any way possible, and help my mother and family out a lot. my third New Year resolution is to lose 50 pounds this year, I am gonna take a hour out of each day and go to the gym or run and jog every day until i meet my goal. I am gonna drink a lot of water everyday out of the week and stay away from juices and sodas, cut down on the snack eating and get myself heathy. My fourth New Year resolution is to stay motivated in school and be very nice to my teachers there for i can get a good grade. I am gonna finish all my assignment and make up all the work I missed, and take extra work home to work on, and by some miracle graduate this year!!!!!
